I lead products end to end and consult on them from the first idea through to launch. Zero to one, across Fintech, BFSI, insurance, SaaS, enterprise, IT and studios. Teams bring me in to work out what the product should actually be, build it with them, and leave them able to carry it on without me.
Design lead on clinical AI, where a confusing screen is not an inconvenience but a risk. Built the design system the team still runs on, set up the AI workflow around Gemini and Claude Code, and used n8n to take the repetitive work off people’s plates.
Ran design for enterprise SaaS and started leading rather than only making: hiring, reviews, and the unglamorous work of getting a team to agree how it designs together. This is where AI stopped being a novelty for me and became part of how the work got done.
B2B products first, then Web3 and Fintech dashboards dense with data. Built proper atomic design systems, because the alternative at that scale is twenty people quietly inventing twenty different buttons.
Mobile and web work where I stopped treating design as decoration. Learned to care about the flow before the pixels, and that a screen which looks right and tests badly is still wrong.
