What counts as a trace?
One traced request through your app, however many spans it contains. A chat call that hits retrieval, a model, and two tools is still a single trace.
Do you train on our data?
Never. Your prompts and completions are yours. On Enterprise you can self-host so nothing leaves your environment at all.
What happens if I go over the free tier?
Nothing breaks. You keep tracing and only the volume past 100k is billed at the Team rate. You can also set a hard cap.
Can we self-host?
Yes, on Enterprise. Vector runs inside your VPC with the same console, and you control retention and access end to end.
Is there a startup discount?
