A team that learns you
From the first stay, your preferences travel with you. The mattress, the pillow, the morning paper, the table you like by the window. You tell us once.
Houses, not lobbies
Every property is a private home with a resident team. There is no front desk, no check-in, no queue. There is a door that opens, and a fire already lit.
The table
Reservations where there is no availability. A chef who comes to the house. A long lunch at a vineyard that does not take visitors. The address that is passed by word of mouth.
Time, given back
The flights, the transfers, the bookings, the small frictions of travel. Handled before you think to ask, so the only decision left is what to do with the afternoon.

Why is it invitation only?
So the houses stay personal. We cap each tier and review every application by hand, which keeps the collection quiet and the team unhurried.
Is the nightly stay included?
Membership opens the collection and the team. Nights are billed at member rates, which sit well below comparable private rentals, with no fees stacked on top.
Can I bring guests?
Yes. Resident and Founders members receive guest invitations each year, and additional guests can be added to any stay.
What if I travel only once or twice a year?
Then Passport is likely right for you. There is no minimum. Many members take one long, slow stay and use the desk for the rest.
