Caldera / Our Story
It began with one house we couldn't leave.
A cliffside place in the Cyclades, a resident family who knew our names by the second morning. We spent years trying to find that feeling again. Then we started collecting it.
Caldera is not a hotel group and it is not a rental platform. It is a small, deliberate collection of private houses, each chosen because we stayed in it and never wanted to pack. Every home keeps a resident team who treats your arrival as the entire point, and a travel director who remembers how you take your coffee.
We grew slowly and on purpose. Membership is capped so the houses stay quiet and the team always has time. We turn away more homes than we accept; a place earns its way into the collection only when it can deliver the same feeling as that first house in the Cyclades.
What you are buying is not a room. It is the certainty that somewhere, the door is already open, the fire is lit, and your name is on the table.
