Questions
The fine print, in plain words.
How is a shipment counted?
One tracked load from origin to delivery, however many legs or carriers it touches. A single ocean move with a drayage leg is one shipment.
What if we go over the volume?
Nothing stops. You keep tracking and we true up overage at your plan rate, or move you to the next tier if it's cheaper. We will always flag it first.
How long does onboarding take?
Most teams are live in two to four weeks. We map your top lanes and carriers first so you see value before the rollout is finished.
Do we have to replace our TMS?
No. Atlas sits on top of what you run and feeds visibility back into it. No rip and replace.
